Rosco, maintenance chief

Rosco is the head of maintenance at a space station on the edge of the galaxy. Like all the settlements on the edge, it's a dangerous place, where life is hard and makes hard people. His job is manage the repair team, a gang of drunks and quarrelsome, but the best repairers in the sector. They can be a mess but a word from Rosco its enough to make them fall in line.
His abilities ranges from reconfiguring hyperspace programming to welding the hulls holes damaged by asteroids. The years already weigh on the joints, but with the cybernetic arguments he can roll some more time.
